Turbo Email Marketing manages real time updates of the system with new subscribers and unsubscribes requests while automatically managing duplicates. Following execution of a campaign any resulting bounces and spam complaints will automatically be managed by our solution. Hard bounces and spam complaints will automatically be unsubscribed from the Contact List while soft bounces will be rescheduled for attempted delivery two subsequent times.

Delivery of messages (failed, attempted and successful) is tracked along with any resulting subscription behaviors and complaints. The Administrator can configure permissions and access levels based on User Roles. An encrypted session ID cookie is used to uniquely identify each user. For added security, the session key is randomly generated, and discarded following, each session. Data is protected with real-time transaction logging and disk mirroring while scheduled daily backups ensure data security and availability.
